Moscow Watchdogs look pretty much the same as Bernese Mountain Dogs. It isn’t a coincidence: when Moscow Watchdog was first bred, they used Caucasian Mountain Dog, Russian Spotted Hound, and last but not least, the Bernese. The difference between them is that the Moscow Watchdog is much more active, its body structure is less massive and many times he takes the liberty of deciding when to be friendly and when not. The Moscow Watchdog became a robust, muscled and well-balanced breed. It is very important to pay enough attention to its exercise needs.
